Jane Pearson

Jane Pearson is the founder and managing partner of Pearson & Schmidt Lawyers. With extensive proficiency in Corporate and M&A, she also leads the firm’s Corporate Law team. Jane focuses her practice on corporate governance, securities matters, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on financial services.

Jane is also skilled in working with international companies who wish to make investments in the US or abroad. She advises clients on a broad range of financial transactions, such as asset-backed loans, equipment leases, inventory and trade receivables, wealth management, consumer lending regulatory issues, as well as payment and banking clients on transactional matters.
